چکیده
Cassava production in the state of Alagoas is mostly carried out by small rural producers who adopt little management technology, and routinely do not replace nutrients due to high cost chemical inputs. In this agricultural model, knowledge use strategies that include natural biological processes soil, mainly microbiota present environment, such as arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), can be presented an alternative for biofertilization, since, Arbuscular mycorrhizae are symbiotic associations established between roots most plants non-pathogenic soil have beneficial effects, which improve plant growth productivity structure. Thus, aim study was evaluate density glomerospores native AMF genera rhizosphere cassava, Sergipana variety, well determine colonization evaluated culture. Soil collections were made cassava rhizosphere, at 90, 180, 270 360 days after planting (DAP). The average number each treatment DAP, main present, evaluation DAP performed. cultivation showed increase approximately 174.46% showing a significant difference AMFs when compared 90 period. Diversispora sp, Entrophospora Acaulospora Scutellospora Racocetra sp. cultivation, positive result colonization, with 61% rate species.

Factors affecting cyanide content in cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) [Faktor yang mempengaruhi kandungan sianida dalam ubi kayu (Manihot esculenta Crantz)]
Concern over poisoning as a result of eating cassava roots or shoots has led to these studies to determine factors which lead to high cyanide content in these tissues and how detoxification can be carried out. Plant age or stage of development does not seem to have a clear influence on root or shoot cyanide content. Genetic control on cyanide content seems significant as varieties may be identi...
متن کاملInteração entre fungos micorrízicos arbusculares e bactérias diazotróficas em trigo
The aim of this work was to evaluate the inoculation effect of two new endophytic diazotrophic bacteria and the interaction between arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and these bacteria on wheat plants. The experiment was carried out in a greenhouse with the two strains of diazotrophic bacteria, IAC11HT (Achromobacter insolitus) and IAC12HT (Zoogloea ramigera), and two AMF (Glomus sp. and Acaul...
متن کاملAnatomical alterations due to polyploidy in cassava, Manihot esculenta Crantz.
Information on anatomical structure is needed by breeders working on improvement for drought tolerance. For studying the effect of polyploidy on cassava anatomy and its significance to tolerance to drought, we induced a polyploidy type of a selected clone (UnB 530) by applying an aqueous solution of 0.2% colchicine on lateral buds for a period of 12 h. The stem identified as tetraploid was prop...
متن کاملCaCl2 enhanced somatic embryogenesis in Manihot esculenta Crantz.
Primary cassava somatic embryos were induced on a medium without CaCl(2), however, no or only a few secondary somatic embryos were formed from them. With 15 mM CaCl(2) in the medium for induction of cassava primary embryos, more secondary somatic embryos were produced from them, and they were much effective in maintaining their embryogenic capacity than the controls of embryos which were induce...
متن کاملUnveiling the Micronome of Cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz)
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are an important class of endogenous non-coding single-stranded small RNAs (21-24 nt in length), which serve as post-transcriptional negative regulators of gene expression in plants. Despite the economic importance of Manihot esculenta Crantz (cassava) only 153 putative cassava miRNAs (from multiple germplasm) are available to date in miRBase (Version 21), and identification ...
